anybody have any reliable information on intermitent fasting?
i have dabbled in it but not really sure of what to do,do i just double/triple the ammount of protein i eat one day then fast or do i just eat alot everyother day?
I used to be really up to date with this stuff but been slacking for a while.
I also have a hard time just allowing myself to eat without restriction,I always seem to stop eating sooner then i am truly satisfied.I always say tonight or today I am just going to up my calories no matter what but always quit too soon.
anyone?
