hi, i have not had experience with the pregnancy side of things myself but if you are pregnant you need to get that mirena out of you now. do not wait, buy a home test now and do it, and if you are still not sure, get to the doctor and get a proper hospital test done. missing periods is normal on mirena, and breast soreness, nausea are all side effects of mirena too. however, i havent heard of people lactating before while on mirena apart from the last lady to post on this thread! please get the test done asap and i do hope that it is negative, so that any more problems can be avoided. for a full list of side effects, warnings and precautions about mirena, please go to..

it was reading the "Warnings" section that prompted my doctor to get the thing out of me when i went to her with my side effects. i feel so much better without all the side effects of numbness down my whole left side and migraines and threatened stroke!! yes, i have now gone back to my thickened uterus lining and constant bleeding, which i will have to learn to live with and take a lot of extra iron to help my system, but it is a small price to pay for getting the rest of my health back. good luck to you. hope all goes well for you. x
