For Lugol's yes.

I didn't read anything about the detoxified where this is concerned, and at least with Lugol's one has a semi-specific protocol one can follow.

With the detoxified, it's a little more difficult to discern because a little goes a long way.

It's an unknown factor, really. With maintenance, I'd like to stick with the detoxified.

But, while I'm still detoxing, I'd like to be on something where I can take the same amount for a specific amount of time to get THROUGH the detox stage.
