Have made great strides in last few months and quality of mental and physical life vastly improved.
Have managed to over come mental attitude that causes decreased digetive motility when I am stressed and am pretty much as regular as clockwork. This combined with your advice on eating proper carbs and limiting protein intake has completely cured my blood sugar problems (started to fade within 2 weeks of acheiving daily bowel movements). A BIG thank you to invincible whose advice was crucial in this. I am currently moving house and handling it extremely well - amazingly!!!
There is only one area that is still causing me problems - nuts and seeds. I am able to digest fish, poultry and small amounts of red meat with out any problems but find that unsprouted nuts and seeds make me feel anxious and bring my motility problems back. It also makes me a bit unpleasant to other people!
Can you explain the reason for this high anxiety caused by eating these foods. It lasts for approximately 1-2 days and disappears very suddenly (I can pin-point the exact moment the feeling passes). I also find that on the day I eat them I get a painful trapped wind type feeling that last about 6-8 hours.
Do you think my body may recover from this in time? How long would you recommend avoidance?

As to the problem with seeds and nuts : It may be easier for you to understand "WHY" part of this problem may be with many people ?
If "WE" had to gather these in the wild, "WE" would not eat near as many at a time, thus Limiting our intake !
As Invincible posted they are very "Concentrated" and because of this require a Greater amount of Stronger Digestive Juices to be able to Properly Digest them !
And another problem may be when we choose to eat these and they may have been Roasted in Hydrogenated Oils, which may add to the problems of Digestion ?
For we cannot Properly Digest "ANYTHING" which has been Roasted or Cooked or Fried with Hydrogenated Fats and or Oils !
As you build your Alkaline Mineral Reserves, this may help you to be able to Digest some Seeds and Nuts without Hydrogenated Fats and Oils ?
