Are you doing a good colon cleanse? Try eating a lot of fruit too, that will help flush them out. They are dying but it seems like you are not eliminating them enough. Have you done an Enema yet? That really helped loosen them so they could come out and boy did they ever. They didn't come out at the time I did the enema, they came out the morning after. Hang in there but you have to flush them out to feel relief. I was eating lots of fresh pineapple, cherries, watermelon etc. Anything that will help give you a big bm flush.
