I just took my 3rd ACV enema ever in the last 3 weeks of 1 qt. water and 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar after doing a colema session. The first two times I could not hold it for long and several times would get up and expel.

This time I could hold 1/3 of the solution at a time for at least 5 minutes and then would have to expel. The only thing is now after I've completed the enema, my stomach is bloated out like a baloon and nothing else is coming out - has been for past 2 hours. It feels very uncomfortable.

Has anybody had this experience?

Did I use too much water or hold it too long? Also what came out was some candida and some undigested potato skins. Is that normal for potato skins not to be digested?
