I bought mag. citrate from cvs and I want to do a live flush, but I was wondering if I will be going to the restroom with diarreah like with the epsom salt... Does the mag cit open the bile ducts...?- Re: Please describe the difference b... rudolphkt

This is a reply to # 91,842The magnesium citrate does open the bile ducts. I took it instead of ES last week. I took half the bottle, then 2 hours later took the other half. The first half just made me have a massive BM. NO runs. Then the second half gave me more diarhea. If you are regular then I suggest this method. I am constipated and half still made me go. SO for a regular person, half will be PLENTY.

I have been reading all of the threads in this post and I was wondering if anyone has any other recipes for aliver flush.
I havn't been able to take any medication in liquid form since I was young and become quite nauseous even if I try. I know its probably a psychological thing but I know if I try it and am sick i'll never try it again. But I really want to!
Does anyone have any recipes that don't involve drinking oil and stuff?
Any help would be appreciated.

MoreThis is a reply to # 91,876I dont know what magnesium salts are. Magnesium Citrate comes in a liquid in a 10oz botttle. Is that what you mean?

This is a reply to # 91,845What did you use to make the stones come out the next morning, e.g. an enema, colonics, Epsom Salts ?
I really want to get away from the Epsom Salts but the one time I used Mag. citrate, I didn't get out but about 10 stones (no diahrrea as with Epsom Salts ) and I didn't know to do an enema. I've never done one and just don't know if I can.- Re: next day? alkalizingkatie

This is a reply to # 91,880I did the magn citrate AND and enema the night before. The next day I only did an enema. I really recommend the enema. Even if you opt to do the magn citrate too. I have constipation problems so I do both to make sure. AND just because you only got 15 stones doesnt mean it didnt work. I have read so many people on curezone who get huge variences in number of stones from one flush to the next.
Do you have an enema bag? The first time is weird. Ya know, sticking a tube in your butt. However, once you do a couple, you will be so thankful you did. You feel so releived. And they dont make you sick like laxatives. If you need instructions, post on Shelly forum. She is an expert with instructions for them

I have read some of Shelley's post and she mentioned something about an enema bucket (whatever that is)
This is all so new and strange to me. I really didn't want to have to do an enema but the Epsom Salts are
