Most people say start small.. one or two drops a day and see how it goes. Sound advice.
And be sure to check out and read the FAQ, the RN and R messages.
Update us as to how it goes with you.

This is a reply to # 918,351Glad you made it over here Kiddo!!I have noticed several of your posts on oil pulling re:your gums.I have a bud with a similar situation, she puts the Lugols directly on the inflamed area of her gums with a cotton swabber, it didn't happen over night but they are healing (also gargles with it diluted in distilled water).You might want to dilute it at first, maybe in some castor oil?? you can find it at the hfs or Heritage House sells the organic stuff.Good luck and keep us postedCheers Zoë- Re: ~re:your gums!!~ trapper/kcmo

Lugol's is some strong stuff!
I added one drop to ozonated suflower oil (I have an ozone purifier). My tongue is stinging...and I used only one drop.
By the way, I bought my Lugol's from jcrows.

This is a reply to # 918,636LOL. Yeah I hear you. I made my own iodine, and put two drops on my tongue and man. The first thing I thought was bad experiment! But nah it is iodine. I figured that It was too exspensive for me to know learn how to make it from scratch.
