anyone try a castor oil pack on their colon, in order to help heal it before liver cleansing? would this be effective, as i have a stricture on my transverse/descending colon. would a pack on my left rib cage help this become normalized? thank you for your help.
I did do a castor oil pack a couple of days prior to flush. then I had a colonic (day of the potion). I find the castor oil pack before a colonic results in an all around better session, for me.
The packs do open up the bile ducts, so you don't want to do one immediately before your flush start night (you want to have bile in there). But you can throw one on during your potion night when you want the ducts wide open and relaxed.
Regarding strictures, I don't know. The packs do soothe and lubricate the colon, so I imagine they can only help.
I would like to use castor oil pack instead of epsom salt, but I have no idea what it is, when to use, what I will need, where to buy etc, etc. Can somebody details about the process and how it works from the outside...? Thank you!
yep, that's what this forum is all about, altho some of us forego the Epsom Salts and adjust the recipes. Just click on the "Liver flush" link at the top of the page and start reading! the recipes leave some things out so be sure to continue reading in this forum and perhaps my forum, as I have lot of info in one post called "Liver Management Notes."
There are acutally 3 phases to a flush:
1. softening the stones
2. flushing the stones
3 cleansing the colon of the stones and toxins
For a successful flush, you must do all three phases.
