Hello...
I am new to the Curezone site, and not sure who I should
explain my health issue with.
I have spent the last two years trying to find help
through nutrition, supplements, and help from health
store clerks to clear up my health issues.
I had been coming down with severve sinus infections
about two years ago. My local doctor perscribed full
spectrum antibiotics, which in turn, left me with a
full blown yeast/candida issue. I have been taking
probiotics and eating very healthy. Occationally I
slip up, loose my will power and eat mexican / Italian
food... and end up having a rash appear on my lower
cheek area...near my mouth / chin. Also have a rash
that recentely has appeared on my throat. It's a vicious circle.
When I eat healthy, they tend to go away. But Iam scared
about the one that appears on my throat.
* My tongue tends to be white, even when my ph level is good.
* Hair falls out, not in clumps, but sheading.
* I tend to burp, more than normal.
* Feelings of frustration and no energy.
I now have acid reflux and digestive problems. I've
tried to elliminate foods I could possibly be allergic
to. Tomatoes, white flour products, and sugar seem
to spurn on the problems, probobly spicy foods and
vinegar as well. I 've always eaten garlic, some ginger, onions,
tomatoes, bread, pasta my whole life and never had
problems.
I took a Aruyevida test and "hot" - "spicy"
foods aggravate my "dosha". It said that Iam a "pitta".
I been using grated ginger in warm water to help with
digestion. According to the test: I should avoid:
garlic, ginger, onion, lemons ( which I thought were
alkaline for my body. I also check my ph balance
often. Again, not sure if I am elliminating good foods / herbs
or not.
I would very much like to try to heal the acid reflux and rashes
naturally, if that's possible ? This is probobly "stestemic"
because of the original yeast infection.
I have so much conflicting info on foods to eat, not to
eat, Holistic doctors, chinese herbalists, supplements.
I've already spent quite a bit of money on supplements.
The thought of plunking down $200 -$300 or more to see
a specialized doctor is upsetting and scary. But I need
to figure out quickly if I should see someone.
I spoke to a nerologically trained chiropracter today
in person, and he feels certain, that after having food
allergy testing done, we can get to the root of the problem.
He suggested a few other tests as well. This makes great
sense, but again it will cost about $400.00. ( I do not
have health insurance at this time ).
If this is an area that you personally do not deal with,
is there someone ellse there that you could refer my message to ?
Any suggestions or possible referals to the correct health practitioner would be greatly appreciated....
Thank you very much for your time....
