A lot of what Clarke says about keeping clean, and living in a clean environment, killing parasites, using herbs, doing flushes, and cleaning out organs sounds dead-on target to me.
I do not, however, understand how much copper & other heavy metals is too much & how much is not enough and how to tell the difference.
I am guided to believe that eating simple, unrefined, raw foods that taste good, (key: tastes good), is what our body needs, and when it no longer tastes good, it's no longer needed at the moment. As long as MSG, sugar, & other toxins are not added, this rule is the golden rule of nutrition to me.
For example, try some uncooked, unsalted, unoiled, unflavored Brazil nuts. Do they taste good to you? Do they feel satisfying to eat? The buy some more, you probably need Potassium.
