Okay so this is my first post and this is somewhat embarrassing but here goes........

I recently started taking this product about a week ago and you are suppose to up your dosage by one pill until you see a change in your bowel movements. Well I am a past laxative abuser who is trying to break away from those harmful means. Ive struggled with laxative abuse off and on for a couple of years. I find everytime i get off, i am constipated like crazy and cant go, so I end up going back on. So i find this product and was hoping it would help alleivate my frustrations. Yesterday I took 8 pills and today i noticed that I did go to the bathroom 3+ times however Ive noticed each time there has been blood. The color of the bleed is lite that suggests I dont think it's so much internal but Im still not sure why I am bleeding to begin with. Ive never bled with laxatives so Im wondering whats wrong with my body and if I should lessen my dose?
