I hope you are all doing well on the Humaworm cleanse. I have been off-line for a couple of days.
I described recently how I was feeling amazingly well, full of energy etc.
Well, that lasted for about 2 days. Then I got more 'die-off' again. I am just starting to feel really good again today.
It's a funny cleanse, the ups and downs, day to day.
I thought that nothing more was to come out of me, as I have not spotted anything creepy for a while. However, I just woke up and did a p** and saw the longest bit of TW so far. It was about 25cm long, white and tape-like. It was thick and quite sinewy. There is just no way that it is mucous. It looked like a length of white umbilical cord!!! I can't believe stuff is still coming out.
A lot of skin itches have gone and the muscle twitches have subsided much.
I am feeling much calmer and connected.
The cleanse is having far-reaching effects and I hope this continues up to and beyond day 30.
