Hello Vader Rygar and all:
thanks for checking in. I am consistent with the fast and feast aspect, usually snacking on carrots and various fruits during the day. I am pretty much eating like a goat during the overeating phase - whatever and where ever. At first I was a little more conscientious about what I was eating, and sure enough, my weight was solidly in an ideal range consistently for those months +/- 1.5 pounds!
Now, with the omnivore thing, I have been consistently 8
pounds over and it's all gut...
Also, most of May and June I was drinking large amounts of orange juice and other smoothies in the mornings so I guess that was less than ideal. Now, when I have juice, I am diluting in by half most of the time w/ water. My exercise is inconsistent...
I definitely like the simplicity of the WWE and will be working on what to eat during overeating and phasing exercise in too...
