I am suffering from a candida overgrowth and would just like a few pointers as to how I can improve my diet. For health reasons, and for candida reasons.
Currently I am not doing any cleanses, please see my other thread for more info.
6.30am Awake
6.40am 20ml lemon juice w/50ml water with 1 acidophilus, 1 x jarro dophilus and 1 tea spoon of FOS
7.45am 30g brown basmati rice, 30g quinoa, peas, onions and oregano all boiled together. Peppermint tea straigh after.
10.30 - 40g pumpkin seed
12.30 - meat (cold) with lettuce in olive oil
3.00pm - 40g pumpkin seeds
5.45pm - cooked meat or fish with a mixture of broccoli, cabbage, peas, beans, cauliflower. followed by peppermint tea
7.30pm - oregano omellette, with
Sea Salt and garlic. Followed by 3 sesame seed ryvita covered in cocnut oil.
8.30pm - 20ml rice dram in hot cocoa mixed with stevia
9.45pm - 20ml lemon juice w/50ml water with 1 acidophilus, 1 x jarro dophilus and 1 tea spoon of FOS
I also have glutamine and udos choice oil. I was wandering about mixing them together and having them in the morning, but I dont know how much of a margin I need to keep between my pro biotic supplementation.
Anyone comments would be greatly received
