There's been much discussion as to how we all may individually determine for ourselves just WHEN we've achieved
Iodine sufficiency. It's a good question in light of V's post on his own determination that he has currently achieved OVER-sufficiency:

I respect not only his candor, but his willingness to state his findings.
After nearly 5 months of iodining, I've noticed that my nose is sometimes moist. This is NOT a normal condition for me for I'm typically as dry as a bone in my upper respiratory tract - sinuses, etc.
It was then that I recalled this reference:
http://jcrows.com/iodine.html
"If it should happen that your body becomes saturated with iodine, you will find that there is an increase of moisture in the nose. If this occurs, omit the
Iodine until the nose is normal.
As you study yourself you will soon learn to tell when you need iodine. When a night's sleep does not bring you to the beginning of the new day with the energy you are accustomed to have, you will begin to think of iodine. If you learn how to use it, it will restore the capacity to bounce back and sustain your well-being."
I NEVER mega-dosed...12 drops (about 72mg.) is about as high as I ever went...I'm now doing 9 drops and the body is very serene with that dosage. However, I am 5'3, 110lbs., so body stature is truly a factor. Some of the guys are 170lbs. on up, and that certainly would license a larger & more extended dosage.
I wanted to share this in the event that some here may think that mega-dosing is a requisite. Imo, it isn't applicable for everyone.
