I was told at a recent Health Fair I went to that this stone (Actinolite) is good to keep in the pocket to shield one from negative energies.

Of course, I think one should not rely soley on a stone for this, but it must conduct energy in such a way that it does push away negative energies-- so using it in conjunction of a prayer for a covering of protection wouldn't hurt.

The person in the crystal booth at the health fair also mentioned, that if you can't locate any Actinolate, that Quartz with Chlorite in it also is a good stone to help against negative energies.


Then---- my Reiki Master friend also mentioned how Hematite worn about the body (or in the jeans' pocket) also shields against negative energies too!

So , So far, I now know that these three stones: Actinolite, Hematite and Quartz with Chlorite contain properties that either transmute or shield against negative vibration energies.
