Hi Mooney
Glad I could inspire you!
How do you know when they are all gone?
Well, they are never all gone. Parasites will always be a part of us.. it is the nature of life, of eco-systems - but their negative impact can be greatly minimized by diligent & regular culling, utilizing appropriate herbs, a sensible diet and good hygiene.
I have come to believe that Iodine is a missing link in our protection against invaders. It is very effective against candida also. The Iodine supplementation forum abounds with new & exciting discoveries..
You say that you should have continued beyond the month with the Clarkia Tincture, yet parasite resistance often develops beyond a certain time, and 30 days is probably the right time to stop (you don't want to breed 'super-worms' do you?)
Incidentally, the Clarkia Tincture did very little for me and the Humaworm did remarkably well, expelling liver flukes in my first cleanse and a tapeworm (at least that's what I think it is - waiting for confirmation) in the early stages of my second. God knows what else I have to look forward to... I have barely started this 2nd cleanse and I sense more is to come.
The cloves are important to terminate final stages (mainly the eggs?) of the parasite life cycle so try to eventually include them.
I have felt very energized all day, as though a tapeworm has left my body!
I often joke about tapeworms and never thought I could have one. It's quite hilarious, really.
All the best on your path.
I think it is all about total body health, of which parasite control is but one aspect.
There is also liver health (flushes and a supportive diet), halogen/heavy metal removal (see the iodine forum to rid your body of dangerous fluoride and other nasties).
And then there is bowel health, overlooked and considered very uncool to speak of (mucoid plaque hosts multitudinous colonic guests)
All these arms of your health/longevity Octopus are inter-linked.
Ha ha I can see a T-shirt design in the making..
geez I rambled a bit
