I got my Mag Citrate powder. Is it a good idea to take a pinch of this with food? Or should it be taken on an empty stomach.
I am very sensitive to Mag supplements and get completely liquified bowels. I wanna take Mag not for any laxative effect but to supplement with magnsium.
I have read that MgO is a poorly absorbed form of Mg. So is Epsom Salt.
MgCl and Mg-Citrate are better forms. Should it be taken with food?
