And I need to quit, but every time I try, I swear they just act up and make me want to jump out of my skin!
Seriously though, I need to quit, and I am wondering if anyone has tried hypnosis? What is laser therapy? Is that a kind of hypnosis? Anyone have first hand experience with this cream of tartar?

I have heard great things about Chantix (sp?), the new and expensive, but according to friends who have tried it, very effective new drug for stopping by halting cravings. If there is one area where we should take advantage of modern medicine, this has got to be it....
I remember reading a cream of tartar and orange juice/Vitamin C (?) protocol a while back -- you could search those and see what comes up.
