I did my first para cleanse in feburary and I must say I loved it. Didn't see any white things but I did see alot of mucus come out. I want to do a colon cleanse but I'm worried I may still have some parasites(have a doggie that always has parasites). Is it harmful to do them together? Or should I cleanse the colon first then do another para cleanse???
