Hello fellow forum members,
I've decided to continue on my quest for health by updating my routine, my current routine has enabled me to lose 40 lbs - 215 to 175 and enhanced my general health greatly. My new routine continues this trend, but updates it in several areas. Here is what I have planned:
Diet:
Morning - Cup of magnesium tea, glass of my juice + MSM,

, flax seed lignans, flax seed oil + crushed fresh garlic, renafood supplement, serrapeptase triple strength, possibly a high blood pressure supplement, high fiber cereal + soy milk.
Noon - Fresh Apple juice, krill oil + crushed fresh garlic, garden salad, pancreatic enzymes, Cayenne pepper supplement.
Afternoon - Another glass of my juice,

+ MSM, serrapeptase triple strength, Flax seed oil + fresh crushed garlic, a Fish or lean meat entree + side salad, renafood, melatonin to sleep.
Exercise:
Morning - Elliptical 30 mins, progessing from moderate to high intensity within 2-3 monthes. Dumbbell curls, squats, lunges, triceps, biceps, flys, etc. 35 lb dumbbells. 100 jumping jacks, 150 crunches.Liquid L-Carnatine, 3 grams, 15 min before workout.
I just recently bought a
Water Alkalizer and I will of course be drinking water thoughout the day. Let me know what you think.
