there are many sites on the web that list dentists.  some are mostly biologic, but do root canals and/or implants.  i don't know of any true biologic dentists except for 3 in mexico.  there is a clinic in mexico too that will do all the biologic stuff, but you can't get it all done by the same dentist i don't think.  it is a huggins' clinic.  some of the sites that list dentists, the dentists have to pay a fee to be listed.  if you are looking for a biologic dentist, it is best to get one that does not do root canals or implants and one that has a certificate in NICO (certified to do jawbone cavitations).  they are very hard to find.  at least try to find one who doesn't do root canals and preferrably one who does cavitations.  i have a list of sites you can use to find one.  i don't know any of them, so go at your own risk.  if you email me, i'll send it to you. 

organizations like the IAOMT and DAMS you have to be careful with, as they are membership organizations.  at one point, DAMS was heavily criticized for sending patients to biologic dentists who did root canals.  I know a dentist who did not want to continue with them because he said they were all about money.  The IAOMT, a former president told me that they are all about money and that any dentist can be a member if they pay dues, no matter if they place amalgam fillings or not.  of course if you are able to find a good biologic dentist, be cautious of price and the amount of visits it will take.  many of them charge a great deal.
