An all organic diet is great but a balanced diet is even better.
Does your diet consist of much
Sugar or fat? Everything is needed in moderation. I go to health stores and I'm disgusted that over half of their counters are filled with products with excess
Sugar and fat. Even honey, molasses, maple syrup and any other
Sugar rich foods are too much, like raisins and dried fruit especially, and cartons of prepared fruit juicees. Try eliminating all sugar containing foods and have Stevia/ rice milk or cinnamon instead. Fresh fruits are fine, but not fruit juice cartons.
Even avacado, olives, nuts or seeds are eaten excessively. Try cutting down this amount of high fat containing foods to just a handful a day.
Even yeast can pose a great threat to friendly bacteria so organic breads though delicious may have white flour in them, plenty of yeast, and rich in sugary extras. I'd strongly recommend eliminating all bread until you have brought your
Acne problem under control then introduce it slowly starting with the most easy to digest - millet, rice, spelt, quinoa, amaranth, barley, buckwheat or soy flour with no extra seeds or fillings.
Even eating fruits can be problematic - especially high glycemic index fruits which raise the blood sugar level really high - grapes, mangos, banana, papaya, oranges, cherries. I started getting loads of spots from taking a tablespoon of cherry juice in the morning. Once I stopped taking it the spots dissappeared.
Consider removing all suspect foods for a while while doing a juice fast with simple fruits like apples, lemons, strawberries, blueberries, grapefruit, lime, kiwi.
Depending on your constution you may be more sensitive to particular food stuffs. You may have accumulated yeast infection, parasites, toxins from elsewhere not even related to diet. There are many possibilities. Generally from my knowledge of MS I have hardly come across anyone with these symptoms, so wouldn't have thought it stems from that, but it could be.
Well good luck with your plan either way.
