Hi all!
I'm new to this.
I've been sprouting and eating lentils for a few weeks. I found that I had decreasing amounts of intestinal gas, lots of noise, but no diarrhea. After 4 days, my system seemed to have adjusted and I had no further problems.
I tried sprouting and eating adzuki beans recently, but found the gas did not decrease, and in addition I had watery diarrhea despite eating a diet with lots of fiber.
I take probiotics and digestive enzymes.
Any ideas?
