doesn't really sound like GH, but anything is possible. could be chlamydia or bacterial symptoms.. Go to doc or a clinic and find out. if its a bacterial born problem, then it is easily curable, but if you don't get meds soon it could make you sterile. please let me no what happens nomatter what it is. stay healthy!

it's most likely irrataion bud, don't worry many things can irratate the penis. and as someone just said if the cream is clearing it up, it's not herpes, even though herpes can appear in a rash form I don't think that a steroid creme would clear THAT type of rash. I had a rash down there and it was contact dermatitis, ask your doc about Elidel, it cleared my rash in 4 days flat...good luck
