I'm looking for the best and effective way to get rid of heavy metal detox.
BTW I do have braces and im not getting them off for another year but im still interested in getting rid of these heavy metals. I was told that maybe candida is still in me b/c of the heavy metal detox.......

Just stick to the all information which was given to u and stop running into extreems!!... Change ur diet first and then bit by bit u will be THERE..
Who doesnt want to have their eyes bright??? I want (!), he wants (!), she wants (!).. I wish I could just snap my fingers and be where I want to be, be healthy in a way I WANT to be healthy!... But we CAAANT... NOBODY can give u here MAGIC recepie to get everything at one go.. So just be patient and follow UR way.. What else?

MoreThis is a reply to # 889,656First off, do you know you have heavy metals in you system? Have you been tested? What kind and to what levels? Best to know what your dealing with before you try anything. Have blood work done and see where your at.
Candida is a whole nother ball game. That is diet related.
