Does anyone know when the Almond "Pasteurization" goes into effect?
Will this effect organic almonds too?
Are they using these chemicals on the organic almonds currently or is this something that is going to happen in the future.
I have read a bunch of info on this but am still unclear.

This is a reply to # 885,217I don't remember the effective date, but it will apply to organic, too (unless they have found a loophole). They may not be pasteurized chemically, they might be heat pasteurized so as to remain organic.
