plasticat...I know you've had this problem and been posting for quite some time...
but I can't remember if I've posted my contact dermatitis story to you.
I had contact dermatitis on both my hands about 10 years ago...to the point that
I could barely use my hands...just bathing was a nightmare. I went to 5 dermatologists and we spent over $1,000 and I ended up healing myself for around
$10.
If you've read many of my posts, you know we're big on
juicing and eating healthy
anyway. And I keep some supplements on hand to take now and then. But when we
want to add extra nutrients...we usually do that through juicing.
HOWEVER...this is exactly what I did to cure my hands...and I did it in just a few
days...4 or 5...totally healed and soft as a baby's bottom...I have gone on to do
the same for many people...even one man a few years ago at the plant my husband
worked at. This has never failed the people I have given the formula to. Now if
it will work on hands...I don't see why it won't work on your face.
Take 5 Brewers Yeast tablets in the morning and 5 in the evening....take one B Complex 100 ..morning and evening...do NOT take the B Complex on an empty tummy because it will make you very nauseated. It will also make your urine very yellow...so don't worry about that. Take a Vit C...about 500mg...3 times a day.
If you have a juicer....juice 5 or 6 big carrots and a big handful of spinach...
and do that about 3 times a day if you can. The taste is delicious...so don't worry
about that. Leave off all sugary foods...and eat only a
healthy Diet for about 5
days....then see if you have any improvement in your face.
You aren't using anything on your face, are you?
If "I" were you...I'd try a light coat of castor oil...just twice a day.
I hope you'll give this a try...it sounds like you've tried everything else.
My husband has been re-modeling a bathroom...and he's been putting in individual 4"
tiles...and his hands were so raw last night he said he could hardly use them...
I said, "Let me pour a little castor oil in your hands...and you rub them together
and get down around the nail beds, etc so it can soak in good...and I'll bet that
will help." He said, "Castor oil won't help 'these' hands :-)this pain is from
hours of hard work and working with an irritating material." I said, "Well, let's
try it just to see." He finally gave in and in about 30 minutes, he said, "Well, I
owe you an apology the pain in my hands is already gone...I can't believe one application of castor oil would do that." :-)
So give these things a try...it sure isn't going to hurt and you may find yourself
the recipient of a miracle! :-)
Also...if you have any rash at all on any other part of your body...wear ONLY clothes...undies too...that have been just 'rinsed' in water to which you have added
plain old baking soda...about 1/3 cup...dissolved in your washing machine. That's
enough to freshen you clothes...add NO detergent at all.
I don't know how many people know it...but TIDE is one of the worst detergents to
cause extreme skin reactions. So don't use any detergent at all for one week...and
wear only clothes that have been rinsed in the above....
If you try this...let us know what happens...kathryn
