We have become such a migrant society, that this alone produces confusion.

If you were born and raised in the lands of your ancestors, you would have everything your body was born adapted to at your fingertips, as long as you grew or raised it yourself or bought known local foods.

We move, then we begin to eat like the locals who, for the most part are adapted to different foods than we are... this is but one small part of the health problem and why there is so much disagreement between people and methods. What works for one may not work for another and that is a fact.

Even with something like "eating right". The food I need to get and stay well may vary considerably from the food you need to get and stay well.

the closest one is MH as far as the ideal goes. he doesnt claim to accomplish it himself. however, his ideas are along the lines that grz outlined. he also says it will take generations.

i personally feel that my generation(the ones right after the baby boomers) have the best shot at turning this around. we know what it is like to be healthy(most kids today dont) and age and toxins have crossed at just the right point where we have a chance to really turn it around for ourselves(under 50).

but we have been ravaged, sold a bill of goods, our women have been raped of their ability to bear a child and children are taught how not to and given more power than their elders. some see our society as the pinnacle of civilization. i see it as an abomination and a perversion of all of creation.

that is exactly where we are at, and it is all-encompassing. blasphemy abounds as man calls perversions good and good things perversions. that is why our jails are full of the best people in our country.

yes Trapper things are really bad, one can think positive all they want but if there eyes are open at all (which very, very few are) you have to see it. In my town every other house is for sale by owner now a days, we got more cops than people and its a holiday so ya better be ready to get pulled over and asked what you are doing out on the streets driving around cause thats what they do. The sheep (US) are being sheered daily and it ain't pretty. To many people dumbed down, to many crooks, its over my friend. They are going to start the chipping soon, if they all ready haven't with the alzhiemers people (millions) then this group then that then everyone. My mom has it and this just makes me boil and the sad part is the rest of my siblings would go for it in a heart beat and would have me put in jail if I tried to stop it. And they teach this same shit to there kids. We live in a sad , sad world.

yes it does... Genetically-Modified-Organisms foods are genetically modifying everyone that eats them... if one eats conventional meats or dairy, they are eating GMOs, not to mention that they are found in over 70% of all processed foods... and most of them the "convenience" foods; that is the bulk of any grocery store.
