Have you repopulated your gut flora? ...with probiotics?
When I finish the Master Cleanse (with the proper break) I add probiotics when I start eating the soup. You can add probiotics in a few different ways. Yogurt eaten daily is good. Also Kefir, which is a liquid that tastes similar to yogurt, is even better. A lot of people use Kefir in a morning fruit smoothie (Pepe usually supplies a great recipe, although there are no rules to making a great one yourself). You can also buy a probiotic suppliment from your local Healthfood Store. They are kept in the refrigerated section. I like to use Udo's Super 8. It costs about $15 for 30 capsules. You only need to take one per day. One other option, although I have never tried it, is to drink Kambucha tea. You can also get that from the healthfood store. If your intestinal flora is still depleted from the SWFing of the MC, that could make you feel bloated and your digestion may not be as good as it should be. It is not necessary to take probiotics indefinitely - two weeks should be sufficient.
Also, don't forget to continue to drink 1/2 your weight in ounces of water. This is important whether you are on the Master Cleanse or not.
