I read that article and went that route with the coconut oil for about 6 months. It really didn't help. I started out with Tropical Traditions and later went to the Jigsaw brand. They were both Virgin and I went through a few gallons of each. I took quite a few tablespoons daily very religiously! Just didn't meet up with all the hype! Thanks again. If anyone knows what really works, (if anything) I would like to know.
