Day 5. OP once, maybe twice per day.
Strange, slightly metalic taste has now gone.
To replace that i have had a very minor headache today...very very minor....just in the background kinda headache, woke up with it, going to bed with it.
As a general rule i never get headaches, so it must be the OP.
yesterday i think i shaved with the stuff i spat out:-(
LOL, I forget to rinse out the basin, not gonna do that again. yuck, yuck, yuck.

MoreThis is a reply to # 878,081Glad to hear the metallic taste has gone. I didn't think it would last too long, know mine didn't. As for the headache, I got two days of massive headaches when I started. But I have a long history of headaches so that didn't surprise me too much. But I think that OP has lessened my headaches. I am cautiously optimistic anyway at this stage.

MoreThis is a reply to # 878,220OPing is almost a side show for me. I have a load of food intolerances that i'm sorting out. OPing is easy and is included in the long list of things i'm doing to get better. It can't do anything but help me on the road to recovery.
I will get my Amalgams out soon too. I have 9 of the buggers!
OP Day 6. no headache. no horrid taste in the mouth.

This is a reply to # 878,081Glad OP is getting better for you. For the headaches get some oil of Oregano it's really good stuff for headaches. Just put a drop under your tongue. It's pretty strong stuff it will get hot where there are germs just to warn you! Drink some juice or water afterwards. I take some everyday.

Hi Littlebit. You where right that Oregano oil is hot under my tongue. you said " it will get hot where there are germs" what does that mean if i feel its hot under my tongue? is that normal, or am i particularly germy?
OP with oregano oil...its hot and tangy with one drop! no thanks.
