Hi, I'm blood Group B, i've been using Cinammon for over a month now to control my
Sugar cravings and it works very well for me and i also noticed that with the cinammon, i don't get very tired and feel weak like i used to. i just got introduced to the
Blood Type Diet for weightloss, and cinammon is not allowed for blood type B, please advise, what can i do, becos i really don't want to start craving
Sugar again and getting very tired/weak
