Charly
Here on CZ I was in a discussion about a drink that is supposed to clean the liver, consisting of the juice of 3 limes, 2 raw egg yolks and a tablespoon of olive oil. The directions said not to eat 3 hours before or after.
I tried it, as they are all natural ingriedents... It did cause me to pass a few critters, and I love the way it makes my skin feel... it has also tanned my skin in an attractive way. It increases my energy level. I have done this several times and like it.
I wash the outside of the eggs really well, in a
'natural killer' cleaner for fruits and veggies and I also believe that if any bacteria gets in the lime juice would kill it. Is this true?
Have you heard of this 'flush' and do you know of any reason not to use it? I still use my regular liver flush.
Someone posted "you know I always heard that raw eggs deplete vitamins. especially b vitamins and biotin."
Is this true?
Thanks in advance!
