The subject line is a paraphrase of a statement that appears just before the ending credits roll in an A / V dramatization that is a portrayal of Wilhelm Reich and his Cloudbuster from a now far gone era over 50 years ago. The A/V can be seen here.

That A / V statement implies that Wilhelm Reich foresaw his doom at the hands of an out-of-control facist U.S.G. who - through their minions in the FDA, were masquerading as the authorities of establishment  America - Land of the Free. As such, Reich is said to have secretly made out a last will & testament that esatablished a trust, and this trust was to hold safely under lock & key copies of much of Reich's research work, equipment, inventions, published books and the like - the very same which the out-of-control facists publicly burned and destroyed, by the tons, in and around 1956, at the same time they were publicly decreeing Orgone does_not_exist!. The trust was instructed to hold Reich's material for 50 years after his death, at which time it is to be released into the public in hopes that the public IE> 'man, will then be ready for the information and discoveries that Reich had accomplished. Reich died, in prison, in November, 1957.  One of his earliest orgone inventions was an oronge accumulator made in the form of a box in which a person would sit in hopes of benefiting from the positive orgone energy the box drew into it; some of the crumbs of evidence of Reich's existance indicate people with Cancer were given to sitting in such an accumulator. Another type of accumulator was known as the Cloudbuster, which Reich used successfully, repeatedly, to change the balance of weather energies in given locations such that he was able to turn drought-stricken areas into areas with plentiful rain. Towards the end, the FDA cooked up a version of  practicing without a license as the legal basis and justification for incarcerating Reich. Compare this to, for instance, people in the present who are advised - by practitioners sanctiined AND licensed by the same basic albeit advanced establishment, to sit in a box they call hospital, where they may, for instance, be injected with radioactive poison, at roughly $2000 a pop, such that many such pops are routinely prescribed & required as "necessary course of treatment", during which said person, for the worst of cancers, faces the prospects of dieing 9 times out of 10, and such practitioners are not carted off to die in prison, but instead are richly rewarded AND regularly portrayed and hallowed as heroes of modern establishment medicine.

Apparently, the trust is otherwise known as the Wilhelm Reich Museum. Lets hope that they have kept the trust these past 50 years.
