Hi Everyone,
I would like to know what is the cause of broken blood vessels and spider veins on the face? I am very pale, and have a lot around the nose, under the eyes, chin, etc. Is it caused by hot and cold weather? I've read that one should not eat or drink hot beverages as well.. Anyone have a clue? Also, what can I do now to improve them, hopefully by natural means!

Avoid sugar, alcohol, vinegar, processed foods, ... these are the worst foods for facial veins ...

MoreThis is a reply to # 8,711You might have rosacea also. Use a SUNBLOCK! It's so important! I had laser surgery for my spider veins. Results were pretty impressive. Took about 30 minutes and cost just under $400. A lot maybe but worth every penny.
