Thanks for the post. The biotin in the 10mg or higher dose is believed by some to be anti-candida infection; you meant 10 milligrams (not MICROgrams), yes? That should be high enough to influence the candida not to morph into its fungal form, according to a Dr. Yamaguchi- more info here:

There was another CZ post awhile back of a person overcoming candida symptoms with high doses of Biotin. I myself am using it and have noticed solid improvement in the past month, but am also using other things.
The zinc and MSM should be good tissue builders but the biotin is IMO critical; without that zinc and MSM alone probably wouldn't have much of an effect. Once again thanks for posting.
