As for the timeframe of when I noticed a difference, I think it was somewhere after 2 weeks.. The 1st time I noticed better vision was when I was taking a walk through a forest, and all the colours were so rich,vibrant and clear. Personally, it was quite startling! I guess it must have been around that time too that my iris looked better as well! (:
