Hi Everybody!!

Well, first let me say that my third and fourth flushes passed fairly uneventfully, except that I started developing an aversion to the lemon juice/olive oil concoction. (BTW, I did pass a very few green stones, and some small yellowish/tanish ones, but nothing to get excited about.) I ditched my first attempt at the fifth cleanse after already drinking the Epsom Salts because I just could not get the lemon juice/olive oil down. Well, Tuesday night, I decided to just go ahead and try the olive oil with the juice of an orange.

It went down GREAT! I took four ornithine caps with it and slept like a baby. Then at around six, I got up, feeling a little nauseous. As I sat on the toilet and passed four or five small green stones, I vomited up at least half of the olive oil, along with a bunch of greenish liquid. I had collected it in a cup and watched it separate, and the oil floated on top. The oil looked like I had just poured it from the bottle. Obviously, it had NOT been digested. I went back to bed and slept for another three hours. When I rolled over to get out of bed, I felt a sharp, kind of scraping pain, in my gallbladder area. I didn't think much of it. I was so disappointed with my results so far, except of course for my spectacular first and second flushes. This time, I had vomited, and I was thinking that this fifth flush would be nothing but a big flop!

Later in the day, I developed a severe headache, which was relieved with a coffee enema. The next day, I was out of it mentally (that would be yesterday). But I managed alright.

Well, today is the

big

news!! I had an urgent bowel movement. When I turned around and looked, I couldn't believe what I saw! I had to get on my rubber glove for this! I could see some very large stones embedded in the sides of the feces. Some were loose and were floating. I started fishing around and came out with some very large stones, larger than I have passed before. I put them in my collander and rinsed them with a strong spray in the bathtub. Then I photographed them and put them in the freezer. I just had to share this with you guys. Now I understand why I vomited Wednesday morning. It's because I was passing these huge stones! During my first flush, I almost vomited when I was pushing the blockage out of my cystic duct. This kind of work is HARD work, and sometimes, you just have to

VOMIT

. I can see now that this flush was definitely NOT a flop! It's my best flush EVER!

I collected eight stones of good size. One was 3.5 centimeters long, that's about an inch and 1/4 or so. It's pretty much a "roundish" shape, so it's almost as wide. I haven't cut it open yet. I may do that in several days, after I get over the shock of what I just produced.

I'm still rather numb. I'm exhilarated!

My advice: don't get discouraged too quickly, even if you still feel sick and tired. Your body may just be getting ready for the "big push."
