Thanks John. During the next day I got some more stones out. Only these were tan colored instead of green. Some of them sunk, which means they were probably made of toxins and not so much of fat/bile. I will flush again in about a month. I am definitely going to keep doing what I have been.
In terms of how I feel, I continue to be amazed what a difference flushing has made (even the flushes that resulted in few stones.) Even with my early flushes, I became less moody and less depressive. Right before my flushing, I remember feeling depressed a couple of times a day. I thought that it was low blood sugar, and I usually felt better after eating. Now I get low blood sugar, but it doesn't make me depressed - just a little hard to concentrate.
The consistent liver massaging that I wrote about a month ago has been helping me handle fats without the sluggish/fatigue I used to feel after eating any kind of fats. As As result my blood
Sugar has been so much more even (fewer episodes of reactive hypoglycemia) since I am able to eat more fats now. Fats have a remarkable ability to stablize blood
Sugar for me even better than protein.
Though I still get one or two nights of poor sleep, my insomnia seems to be imrproving in direct porportion to my flushing. Allergies used to always bother me in the summer and this summer has been so much better than in previous years.
There is really something to this liver/gallbladder flushing. I am not all the way there yet, but I just keep getting better and better the more I focus on the liver. If I only knew this years ago. But hey, things happen for a reason.
Thanks,
Scott
