I did my first flush about 5 years ago when I started experimenting with fasting. Friends had recommended fasting as a good way to help my body cope with a fairly un-well lifestyle and a lot of stress. They also suggested doing a
Liver Flush - with no mention of gallstones, chaff, etc. The instructions were to drink "two fingers" of olive oil mixed together with OJ just before bedtime - again no mention of
Epsom Salts , juice alternatives, etc.
After doing a salt water colon flush (sea salt) in the morning after several days of fasting, I did the
Liver Flush with just the olive oil and OJ. I felt woozy and fairly nauseous when I awoke the next morning and went straight to elimate. Since I had no clue what to expect from the whole process, I was dumbfounded when I saw the profusion of gunk that came out and continued to come out over the course of several more eliminations. I felt out of sorts for a the rest of that day, but after finsihing the flushes and the fast, I felt the huge contrast between feeling run down and toxic and feeling well, cleansed, and completely re-energized. WOW!
Since the first time, I have had both sucessful flushes (only one dud)without
Epsom Salts . After reading the information on CureZone for the first time today, I am wondering whether I should try it with the ES next time. What exactly are the merits? Any feedback would be welcomed.
