Hi Guys,
Well this past Thursday I was in so much discomfort that I decided that I'd do another Flush on Friday... I combined info from Dr. Clark, Juniper Berry's experience and the info from the Flush family in general... The
Epsom Salts were horrible as usual and at 10:00 I used the Fresh Squeezed Lemon rather than Grapefruit... The lemon Juice mixed better than the grapefruit, but tasted far worse... During the night I felt quite nausesous and came close to upchucking many times... I fell asleep around 2:30am finally... After the ES in the AM, I began the bowel movements and planned to let you guys know that it was a success, but as life has it, No time... It was however a success, with a couple of hundred grape seed, BB, and pea sized green stones... I had a few (3-4) about 1/2" in size... I truly was happy...
Then yesterday morning I had a cheese omelet for breakfast... My "God", what a mistake... I felt absolutely terrible for several hours... Around 2:00pm the stomach settled, but I still felt horrible overall... This morning I still felt poopy, although my energy level was up a little... About 2:30 this afternoon, I went to the bathroom to do a Bowl Movement, which was expected to be uneventful... WOW, was I wrong... These flushes sort have me in the habit of looking at the BM these days, and I noticed very light colors in the dark stool... So like the gentleman I am, I checked things out and found two very large "tan" stones and several smaller ones in one area of the stool... The largest was approx 1" long and at least 1/2" wide and the second a bit shorter and similar width... The small pieces were about Pea size or larger, but odd shapes... My impression from the shapes and contours is they were all part of the same stone... I was and am elated at this find... "I'm glad I looked"...
