Most people have completed the recipe by Dr. Clark. It's easy to follow and the results are great. Before you start, please realize that one flush will NOT clean all your stones out. So, expect to do several cleanses three weeks apart. Then expect to feel GREAT!

Clarks is the easiest and works in my case ok! I got the most stones out with lewis's method but its harder to do. you drink twice as much oil and lemon juice. clarks is easy cause you mix grapefruit w/the oil so it is easier to get down.
