I so desperate to get rid of my dark circles and bags.
Ive done oil pulling and only thing that dramatically changed alot was I have a nice glow to my skin and the whites of my eyes are pure white!
But
i just started doing barefoots kidney formula and was told to take NAC
and Vitamin C with alphic acid to decrease my bags.
Whats an excellent liver flush.
anyone suffer with dark circles?

MoreThis is a reply to # 857,441Indeed, dark circles are supposed to be tied to the kidneys. When I was drinking Watermelon juice every day I did notice a decrease in them. But I think I'm destined to have them. It might be genetic.
There are things you can do to mitigate them though. Give up caffeine if you already haven't. Don't drink alcohol. And work on your kidneys for sure.

This is a reply to # 857,689I'm not convinced that that nutritionist has the right scoop. I go through stages, eat a lot of chocolate for a while, then no chocolate for a long time. I have the dark circles all the time - no matter whether I am ingesting chocolate or not. It may be something that's found in chocolate that is also found in other things that is causing the dark circles. I have also heard that dark circles are related to kidney function/issues.
