Sally Fallon in her "Nourishing Traditions" cookbook is doing wonders for my house plants. I've got new growth where I have not had any for many months. My house plant basil is flowering -hello! I am also using the minerals personally in the a.m. in her morning tonic recipe. We are giving some to the dog - not sure of the results just yet. Have used some on the garden when sowing seeds. I had a beautiful garden last year, and even though the tomatoes (many different kinds and sizes) were beautiful, they just were not exciting to the taste buds. So I am hoping these minerals will add some zip to them this year.
