Silver is used as deodorant here in Japan and it’s quite popular (can find in every store) with proven benefits.

Yes, it can be used as a deodorant. My recommendations are as follows:
1) I make a gel with CS and apply under the arms. Materials provided from silverpuppy website.
2) If you do not use Gel, then just spray liberally on the areas under your arms.
3) Don't forget to spray the underarms of the shirt you will be putting on. This kills bacteria on the shirt.
4) You may want to trim your armpit hair, as the shorter it is the better protection you will get. Less material for bacteria to breed on.
5) I have use this for the past year or so. Depending on your body, you might notice a slight fragrance in the early evening, but in general it works great.
6) If you can do a mid day refresher spray, than it will last even longer.
