So I came up with a new chocolate recipe.

I ordered raw, organic cacao powder from

4 tablespoons raw cacao powder in a pot over medium heat
4 tablespoons maple syrup
enough filtered water to make a paste - keep stirring as it thickens
add: (all to taste) vanilla extract; cayenne powder; cinnamon; tablespoon of butter (all of the last 4 are up to you).

It was great. Served it over bananas and strawberries.
