moreless...I've noticed in skimming some of the posts concerning detoxing that
you are a real believer in epsom salts...for the magnesium.
I just wondered WHY epsom salts?
To add magnesium to my diet...I add things like green leafy veggies, brazil nuts,
black strap mollasses, etc. There are many good ways to get magnesium into our
bodies without a magnesium supplement...or epsom salts. I don't believe in supplements either, if I can get a sufficient...absorbable amount of a supplement
in foods, etc.
I'm the oldest of 3 sisters. I'm 60 and my sisters are in their mid 50's. They
are not into natural healing at all OR eating healthy and they both have Osteoporosis already. We do the juicing, etc and many other good things, and at
60, I show no signs of it and haven't shrunk an inch. And thank goodness for that
because I'm only 5' to begin with. :-)
So I contribute my NOT showing signs of osteoporosis to our juicing, healthy eating
and rigorous lifestyle. (extremely active farm/outdoors people)
Just wondered why the epsom salts as opposed to other ways of getting magnesium.
Thanks, kathryn
Oh, I did my first detox bath yesterday, and "I" feel I'm showing signs of improvement already. At least I hope so.
I'm sure you've heard people say...they'd have to get better to DIE...that's about
the way I was feeling....so thanks for the detox bath info. :-)
