I've been using silver for many years, and have used it for eye infections several times. I don't really see how silver can help with broken vessels. Is the situation caused by infection? Then I might think silver can help to prevent further damage. Otherwise I just don't see the relationship. Sorry. You may check out the Dr. Schulze Forum - he has an eye product.
